NFDS has high standards in the management and monitoring of its project portfolio and also offers clients a range of services in this area.  We have specialist skills in project cycle development and management that comply with the requirements of co-operating partners such as NORAD, FAO, DFID, EU, GEF and UNOPS.  This includes: undertaking field and desk based studies to develop and design project concept notes, feasibility studies, project memorandum, financing proposals, tender documents and training needs assessments; undertaking various review and monitoring missions such as  output-to-purpose reviews, mid-term reviews and final project reviews; and, through the facilitation of workshops and other fora, develop with stakeholders project management and monitoring skills through the use of logical framework approaches.  We utilise these skills during the implementation of all our projects and they are also offered to our clients for managing and monitoring their programme portfolios and sector development.
