We believe that through dialogue and exchange of experiences relationships can be developed that create the basis for lasting and equitable partnerships with our clients.  Through these partnerships we are able to gain an understanding of the situations that drive and influence the maritime and fishery sectors of concern to our clients, which in turn enable us to provide the best informed and appropriate service.  We pride ourselves on trying to provide solutions to any maritime or fishery challenge – through working with governments, private companies, NGO’s, civil society, local communities and other stakeholders.  Our NFDS company philosophy has been translated into the personal approach of our team for many years – the results have been impressive and the recent appointment of NFDS’s MD, Kjell Fløttum as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Namibia in Norway is an example of our clients’ recognition of this approach.
